1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mr. White (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mr. White is an AI-powered pet companion platform providing personalized guidance, health tracking, and community features for dog owners. The Service is grounded in “The Way of the Dog” philosophy by Anahata Graceland. Mr. White is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

Mr. White offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Companion Crew (Free): Lifetime access to core features including AI guidance, product recommendations, and community access.
• Elite Pack ($19.95/month or $191.52/year): Premium features including memory archives, health tracking, digital legacy protection, and travel guidance.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. SMS Notifications

Mr. White offers an optional SMS notification program (“Mr. White SMS Notifications”) that sends service-related alerts — such as care reminders, appointment alerts, and account notifications — to users who explicitly opt in through the app's Notification Settings.

• Opt-In: SMS notifications are disabled by default. You must verify your phone number and enable the SMS toggle in Settings to participate.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and account activity.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can also disable SMS in your account Settings at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact Mr. White at human@mrwhiteaidogbuddy.com.
• No Marketing: We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Share access to your account with third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Use AI responses as a replacement for professional veterinary advice in emergencies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI guidance provided by Mr. White is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. White shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
